Chief Operating Officer PAX Manufacturing
Kevin has 25 years of experience building teams focused on improving the customer experience largely through providing excellent products, quick, friendly and effective customer service and collaborating with partners to bring innovative solutions to the market.
Kevin is currently responsible for all manufacturing businesses within PAX Holdings which includes Shamrock Labels, Drug Package and Doran & Ward Packaging. Kevin earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University – Chicago and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Management from Miami University (OH).
Outside of work, Kevin loves to read, play golf and spend time with his wife and two daughters.
Vice President Sales & Marketing
Mark brings a wealth of healthcare industry expertise to the PAX Manufacturing management team. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mark oversees sales team leadership and marketing strategy for Shamrock Labels, Drug Package, and Doran & Ward Packaging. Prior to joining PAX Holdings, Mark enjoyed a successful 27+year career, including leadership positions at Time Med Labeling and Precision Dynamics Corporation, most recently serving as PDC’s Director of Channel Management and Contracts.
Known for his energy and enthusiasm, Mark is passionate about putting the customer at the center of sales and marketing strategies by implementing customer-focused initiatives, building key partnerships, and serving as a trusted resource. Mark holds a BA from Saint Michael’s College. In his spare time, Mark enjoys volunteering at church, playing golf and spending time with his family.
Director of Corporate Contracts & Customer Care
Shirin has come a long way since beginning her career with PAX Manufacturing as a Customer Service Representative in early 2000. Her customer-focused attitude has contributed to the development of an inside Customer Service team that is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Shirin has also brought a fresh perspective into the way the company works with customers, bringing them quality and value, on terms that allow customers to reduce costs and better manage inventory levels.
Shirin earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Purdue University and her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Loyola University – Chicago. At home, Shirin enjoys gardening, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with her fiancé, children, and two Yorkies.
As Vice President of Operations for PAX Manufacturing, Vance leads quality initiatives and operational oversight for Shamrock Labels, Drug Package and Doran & Ward Packaging. . Most recently, Vance served as Vice President and General Manager of Doran & Ward Packaging, where he developed and implemented numerous operational efficiencies, spurring the company to new heights.
Always exploring how to improve and refine processes and products, Vance leverages his engineering background with his hands-on approach to ensure that each of the PAX Manufacturing companies meet the needs of their customers. Vance holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and numerous certifications, including Lean Manufacturing from LEI and Six Sigma from NC State University. In his spare time, Vance enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and volunteering in the community.
Ashlee Moore joined PAX Manufacturing in 2019 after starting her career in pharmaceuticals and spending seven years in finance. In 2017 she transitioned to the manufacturing sector, where she most recently held the role of Manager of Financial Operations.
Ashlee’s previous healthcare, manufacturing and leadership experience, and degree in Business – Accounting from Western Illinois University, enable her to deliver great things for PAX Manufacturing and Drug Package customers and team members.
When Ashlee is not at work, she can usually be found partaking in outdoor activities with friends and family, including everything from hiking to kayaking. Although she lives in the suburbs, that doesn’t stop her from adventuring into the city to relax at a Jazz Club or to try a new place to eat. Once in a while, she even manages to catch a cubs game.
Director of Nat'l Accounts & Business Development
With over 40 years with Drug Package, Tracy Sherman’s expertise is unmatched. As Director of National Accounts & Business Development, Tracy brings her extensive skills to provide customer-centric solutions.
Tracy’s previous roles have included Purchasing, Director and Medi-Aide Division Sales, and Marketing Director, where she positioned Drug Package as the market leader for Pill Card sales in the Long Term Care market.
Known for nurturing strong customer relationships, Tracy is a sought-after resource and a smiling face at tradeshows and events. Tracy holds a BA from St. Mary’s College. She enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and most of all, traveling with her husband to watch their son bowl on tour.
